A $3,995,500 prize pool was created with $1,072,850 reserved for first after last year’s field of 84 was nearly doubled.

2010 SCOOP champ Ryan Fair took the overnight lead with defending champ William Reynolds and 2010 PCA main event runner up Tyler Reiman not far off the pace.

The tournament will play down from 97 to a final table of eight Saturday with the final table set to play out Sunday.

In the meantime, former WCOOP champ and online poker phenom Shaun Deeb and 2006 WSOP third-place finisher Michael Binger headline the $5,250 NAPT Bounty Shoot Out final table.

Also in Sunday’s final are Andrew Chen, Scott Baumstein, Marko Neumann and William Pilossoph.

All six have pocketed at least $50,000 for winning their tables so far, plus $1,000 for each player they’ve sent to the rail.

They will play for a $200k first prize at the final table.

Deeb has collected seven bounties to this point and leads in the race for a $25,000 prize for the player who eliminates the most opponents.
